How about funding?
Book publishing is associated with a range of costs, including manuscript preparation, peer review, editorial work, typesetting, design and marketing. While there are no established funding and distribution models for open-access books comparable to those available for journal articles, costs associated with book publishing typically are covered through research grants or by securing dedicated funding from research funders, foundations, and other funding bodies,
