All research conducted at Swedish universities is covered by the general legal regulations which includes rules on ethical review, personal integrity, publicity and confidentiality.
Swedish National Data Service (SND) works for a better infrastructure to manage and make research data more available and has produced an introduction to the general regulations that are applied to research data at Swedish universities.
