Where can I publish a Diamond Open Access article?
Diamond Open Access (Diamond OA) is a community-driven, non-commercial model of scholarly publishing that removes financial barriers for both authors and readers. To help researchers identify suitable publishing venues, we have compiled four resources for finding information on and publishing in Diamond OA journals: Publicera, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), international scholarly publishers offering Diamond OA options, and Open Research Europe (ORE).
Publicera - diamond OA scholary journals in Swedish and English
Publicera is the national platform for Swedish open access scholarly journals managed and developed by The National Library of Sweden (Kungliga biblioteket, KB). They currently have 54 journals in both Swedish and English.
For more information on the journals publishing conditions, including CC-license, click on a journal title and then on Make a submission or For authors. The majority of the journals have points in the Norweigan list, use CC BY as a standard license and let the author retains their right.

DOAJ - international diamond OA journals
International diamond OA journals can be found in Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Among the publishers that publish diamond are university presses, societies, research centers, but also large publishers such as Springer, Emerald, De Gruyter and Brill. Emerald.
