Draft letter to publisher for permission to self-archive

If you want to self-archive a copy of a scientific article or other publication in DiVA, one alternative is to write a letter to the publisher and request for permission.

For this purpose, these draft letters can be used.

Draft letter: Article in a journal

Dear [name],
I am writing to ask for permission to self-archive a copy of my article [title of the article], published in [publication name, vol, issue, pages]. The copy will be archived in DiVA ( http://hh.diva-portal.org), the freely available institutional repository at Halmstad University.

Dear [name],
I am writing to ask for permission to self-archive a copy of my publication [title of the publication]. The copy will be archived in DiVA ( http://hh.diva-portal.org), the freely available institutional repository at Halmstad University.
